At Kitchenury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
